hi!

I was about to buy the Samsung YP-U2JXB 512 MB Direct Insert USB Digital Audio Player until I read that it works with the PlaysForSure technololgy. I know that this technology certifies not only that the files you are going to be able to play are windows media player 10 compatible, but also it has something to do with buying music from the authorized on-line music stores.

I was wondering if that means that i canīt play all the mp3 files that i have donwloaded from kazaa, soulseek, etc.

Any help?

playsforsure just means that the player will be able to play WMA files that are protected with DRM - it doesn't have anything to do with the playback of mp3 files. So don't worry!

^ I don't know ... I can only say that I'm quite happy with my Creative Zen Micro, it's working flawlessly.

I got an unbranded mp3 player with no memory whatsover.

It cost Ģ7 and sounds almost as good as my wife's Creative MuVo. It has few issues with protected wma files - but a program like WavePad can deal with those anyway.

Best of all, it takes standard SD cards, so I'm not limited to the number of tracks by any means.
