It can be funny, or nasty, or indifferent. It usually takes longer. (Where's that furschlugginer "?" key? There's no way to stop it -- no one will likely take your keys (keyboard) away from you.... But you can edit the next morning, or even apologize -- publicly, or via PM. It really depends on what you are usually like when drunk: happy, horny, miserable, or hostile, etc. (I tend to get silly.... and thirsty!)
