Hapy the Man is often referred to as "in the vein of" Gentle Giant. IZZ has a few GG influences, but their music is a very mixed bag.

I think there is a MP3 of "Gibberish" from Spock's Beard. Very GG like.

Maybe you'll find somewhat of Giant's in the first album by Pavlov's Dog, in some tracks of PFM even at Citizen Cain's GHOST DANCE.

Menswear:

Echolyn is probably closest to Giant.  Give them a try.

Peace.
