Not a big fan of garlic. Chicken Kievs with garlic in are delicious, but garlic bread I don't like and neither do I like garlic on its own. -------------

A. the more garlic the better. there is a dish called "Spanish
Chicken", for which you use a whole corm of garlic per person. yes, a
whole corm and not just a clove per person. delicious, but don't let
anyone get near you for the next three days lol

Personally, I find that a mixture of garlic and mushrooms is the combination to avoid utterly... if I don't want divorce papers served the day afterwards ; the problem is, there is no more wonderful combination than seppe flash fried in butter, to which a couple of the the glorious cloves have been added.
Garlic (although I gave it an 'A'), does, as one member stated have its dark side; no other food (and if I had my way, garlic would be recognised as a major food group in itself) in my experience manages to insinuate itself into every facet and pore of your body: rub your nose and you smell garlic, sweat and everybody smells garlic, breath and everybody gets some... face it, even your poo smells of it, and as for the results of the above mentioned combination of mushrooms and garlic, well... even the cat won't come near me, and he should complain!
Two stinky thumbs up...?  Peter, you really should control your more base instincts, especially in the kitchen - now wash your hands, you dirty boy!
Note to self: if ever Vicky & I visit Mr Rideout and family, stick to bland food. -------------
