I've done this before but how many albums in top 100 PA have you got now since i done this a a few weeks ago??

I just counted number of albums which I do not have from top 100 on main page - it's only 13. And I really want to have only one out of these 13 - it's Los Jaivas.

I count 55 but I have sold a lot of LP's and CD's because I focus on live albums so I have only a few or no studio albums from Gentle Giant, ELP and Yes because of Playing The Fool Live, Welcome Back My Friends... and Yessongs, I simply prefer to listen to the live versions  !

What I would actually find more interesting is how many rare albums people own. A "top 100 rare/obscure gems" list would be great!

Yes, what would be objective criteria for that? Less than 10 ratings on PA and no more ratings added for at least 3 months (obscure), averaging above 4.5 (gem)? |

| ^You have to take out the prog related genre. Otherwise bands like ELO and Fairport convention come into the picture. And while they are very good and i have a lot of their albums i hardly think they are obscure. |

Hey, that's a great idea. Instead of having the top 100 albums on the front page, reduce it to 50 and put the top 50 obscure in it's place, or something like that.

64. 43 from top 50. 21 from 51-100. Although I don't like any of them, I have one ELP and all the Rush albums. No Neoprog and only Opeth and Tool in progmetal.
