My speakers crackle now when i play music mad loud, they start tio crumblethe sounds of loud muhsic. Is this because I plauyed the speakers so loud for 2 years? This is on my Del PC, anyway to fix it, do i need new drivers? -------------  "Only the sun knew why"

could be interference of some kind - try cleaning and checking all connections, or trying another set of speakers to locate the source of the problem. try the speakers on another pc. are the settings right? (check the volume settings on the control panel they may be set too high). try everything!! -------------  Prog Archives Tour Van

ive had everything the same way since last year,and now, all of the sudden, when i maxc myb volume sh*t strtas to crackle, mqd worst, i chec kdc the conmnections, everything is OK, but whgyb would thi shappeN!?!?! ------------- "Only the sun knew why"

your computer is not ment to play music that loud unless you have bought a new soundcard, like goose said the do that at higher volumes. surely the clipping would occur at the amplification stage ie. the amplifier in the speaker not the soundcard. just a though. could it be dust or other stuff rattling in the speaker? most speakers are not meant to be played at full volume. |

Tip:
Get a proper HiFi
Unless you've spent proper money on a pro soundcard and are feeding it to decent speakers/amp it's going to sound pretty dire.
Your music deserves something so much better
