I started listening to some old pyschedelic american bans and, when I listen to It's a Beautiful Day first album I realize that the track Bombay Calling is reminiscent of Child in Time (or vice-versa). In the second album of this group the first track, "Don and Dewey", is Wring that neck with anoher arrangement. Can someone answer me who copied who (one thing is to use a piece as a basis to your own musical ideas; another is to re-record it and put your name on the credits)?
Thanks for your help.

-------------
Bach, Ma, Bros, Déia, Dante.
