BYRDS, Grateful Dead, Kansas, Crosby-Stills-Nash, Poco, Eagles, America, The Beach Boys, Steppenwolf, Creedence, Buffalo Springfield, Lovin' Spoonful, Allmann Brothers, Outlaws, GFR, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc. (not counting Canadian bands like Guess Who or The Band). ------------- Guigo ~~~~~~ |

Yep, agreed! They get my vote over VH for this reason. Albums like 'Draw the Line' 'Rock in a Hard Place' and Toys in the Attic' were excellent. They were the American Led Zep IMO.. Van Halen were also a great band. Roth was the ultimate showman, had a great voice for blues, and EVH was an inspired and unique sounding guitarist. They lost all their appeal for me when Hager joined them - although he did have agreat voice. Pearl Jam are to recent to be included in the 'trinity' IMO, but have made some brilliant music. 'Ten' and 'Vitology' are great albums. ------------- Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy! |

Out of those 3, Pearl Jam kick the most ass. I saw them live Saturday, they put on a f**king amazing show.
