Why not to create a section where to be able to review Classic Music album than second we could have influences the Prog?

It is able it structures like forum. After to have sent the relevant data to the album (but alone author, title album, released info) and reviewed (vow+ review) ask in that percentage influences the Prog and at least 1 album where such influences verified (that are repeated also in the replies of the other forum members)

It does though of it? It does though of this my idea?

For always yours, Mandrakeroot.

"vow+review" ... something like "I swear that my review represents my true opinion of this album"?

I think he means there could be a section where people could review classic non-prog albums which have somehow influenced prog music. Then again, I could be completely wrong.

I think it's supposed to be something like proto-prog, but slightly different. Like, with vows.

i think it would be better if people started reviewing lesser known albums, specifically krautrock, i dont think there is a single krautrock album in the top 100

for always yours,

Aaron

If the  point is to go into classic (or contemporary) music that may or aynot have something to do with progressive musc, then the idea sounds good to me. I'm kind of a but about some contemporary composers, such as Luciano Berio, and I think that the way those "outrageous" composers aproached to music is actually a very interesting thing to disscus and analyze. The only thing would be to count with comments of people that know something about the issue, since contemporary music is very vast and hard to find. Anyay, this dosn't sound that bad. żEver heard something from Berio? I seriously reccomend ti to people that is into Art Bears and stuff like that.

yes you are right...he speaks about clasical music influencing prog.

he speaks about a rating (he writes vow) of the influencial level on prog music...

Obviously Mussorgsky would have an high rating for this aspect.

I think you're right MS, the proposal would appear to specifically relate to classical as opposed to classic albums.

By the way, remember you can see a list of all unreviewed albums here:

http://www.progarchives.com/UnreviewedAlbums.asp - http://www.progarchives.com/UnreviewedAlbums.asp

Be the first to review an album, and get a suitable acknowledgement on the home page.Clap
