The beggining of the fall of a genius. I think it's very sad and not to be taken lightly.

Fragment of a piece of time. Lessons learned, losses counted.

Here I'm shadowed by a dragon fig tree's fan
ringed by ants and musing over man.

WTF? Is that supposed to be real? That guy in the jacket doesn't even look like Syd...

Hmm, I guess he must be a lot younger than in all the pictures I have seen of him.

Well in that case, who was taping, and how the heck did MrGrimbleGromble get a hold of it?
Besides that whoever was taping must be a real jerk. Who videotapes somebody dropping acid?

I've got that or something similar on VHS (it lasts 12 minutes). At one moment, Syd holds a lot of mushrooms and joints in his hands.

This video reminds me of Porcupine Tree Deadwing artwork....this is the proof that mr. Wilson write his music in heavy acid trips!?!

...anyway...a great tribute to the great Syd!

That was shot before they recorded... so not exactly. Its called 'Syd's First Trip' and its a cash-in of the lowest degree.... but there is onyl sh*t footage of Syd Era on official release, and Bootlegging is of course naughty. BTW a few new Pink Floyd videos have surfaced, one from 1969 and one from 1970. Get hunting.

It's Syd on shrooms, not acid. You can tell because the shrooms he is holding are cyclocybe cubensis, the trippy kind, I would know since I used to hunt for them and trip off of them. Syd looked like he was handling the trip preety well, trust me those things are hard to control.

That video is like 8 minutes of boring nothingness.

BTW, they're selling it on vhs on amazon.com and those type of sites.
