Just happened to look on Amazon UK, and noticed they are advertising a new DVD called 'GENESIS - THE GABRIEL YEARS'. They claim it to be a 2-disc set to be released on  10 April but don't give any more details. Neither is it shown on the official Genesis site.

Does anyone know anything about this??

Regards
Joolz

I had done a search for an existing thread but it had returned none. Hence I created this new one. However, I can now see how the search engine works, so apologies for that.

However, the question still remains - if anyone already has it, please tell us what it is like.

Bassically, its just concerts from Italy, Germany and somewhere else that they did between 71 and 74 before the lamb. Its like 3 different versions of Watchers of The Sky, I Know What I Like, Firth of Fifth, Supper's Ready, The Musical Box, The Cinema Show, Dancing With The Moonlit Knight, The Battle Of Epping Forest, and just a tiny part of In The Cage, the image is not that good. but its worth buying it.

Has anyone seen both Genesis Live and this one? Is the picture quality as bad as on Genesis Live or better (I can't imagine it could be much worse)?

It is not from the Wind & Wuthering Tour, itīs from A Trick of the Tail Tour. It was recorded on July 1976...

That means almost 30 years ago  ...
