My three favorites. Of course I must vote for the Simpsons, because they have some episodes that are umbeatable...but if I had to vote season by season...I would put Family guy and South park up...the last season of both are excellent...I never laught so much in my life seeing the new Family guy episodes! ------------- "You want me to play what, Robert?"

Simpsons. South Park was pretty much the same every episode, and Family Guy never appealed to me. However, the Simpsons sucks now. They just keep re-using old jokes. |

Wow! surprisingly few votes for Family Guy. pretty much everyone i know lives and breathes Family Guy. South Park is great too, and the simpsons used to be great, but they've really gone to crap in recent years. Simpsons, by far. Perhaps the best TV show ever, IMO. Ever clever, and, much like sex or pizza, still pretty good even when it's not.

So many well-developed, unique, memorable oddball characters, and such subversive, western (not just American)culture-skewering writing -- but it is still ultimately love, family and life-affirming!

family guy hnds down. not only for comedy take into account the wonderful and elaboarte score created for every episode take into account that it has the best animation of the three by far then take into account that the humor kills both--just because simpsons is sh*t now...the simpsons lasted for about 5-6 seasons in my book...then it went bleh family guy is on it's 5th season now...maybe sixth and it is still strong and the funniest animated show i've ever seen. ------------- I'm a reasonable man, get off my case |
