They just added two dates in the US, as well (I just discovered this)!

NYC - Webster Hall, 7/21
LA - Hollywold Bowl 7/23

Don't lose, please... brothers Dias Baptista will join for the first time in 33 years and they chose London to make this reunion (in fact a show about Tropicalism).   Other important member Liminha, will be there. Imperdible!!!

Singer will be Zélia Duncan (her voice is quite different from Rita Lee's voice but she sings finely).

In July, in the USA it's not sure if Zélia Duncan will join them. They could invite ex-Bacamarte Jane Duboc or the young Adrianna Calcanhotto (the later has a voice closer to Rita Lee).

Fitz, pelo amor de Deus, tell us everything you'll see and hear!

Cry I can't go, Guigo: I won't be in the UK that week. Que droga. Não fui ao concerto de Jorge Ben em Londres no dia 3 pela mesma razão. I'll post a review from the UK press, though. Brazilian music of all forms usually gets good reviews in the UK - for example here's what the music critic of The Times newspaper said about the Jorge Ben concert [Not Prog Rock, for those who have not heard of him]:

Wow, great connection! The first Mutantes hit (not counting their backing for Caetano Veloso's "Alegria, alegria") was Jorge Ben's "A minha menina", in the distant year of 1967... OMG!!! Tongue

Pity you won't go, Fitz (fica pra próxima). Who knows some other PA member shall attend? Smile

P.S.: however, David Hutcheon confused "Taj Mahal" (really made for the India's monument) with "Fio Maravilha". Nevermind, the review is fine! Thumbs Up

The news received in our newspapers say the show was great! Any confirmation?

EDIT: I got this review: Smile
