I was just watching a program about how corrupt the elections are. They call it a "democracy"! Its all to do with advertising, personally i do not care who wins as there will be little difference. Good luck america, you need it.

Saying US events aren't important is a lot like saying Microsoft isn't important...it's more fun to pretend something doesn't effect you because you don't like it.

I think president Bush is a really great leader and is so compassionate and caring he even talks to our prime minister every now and again (albeit through an aide and normally only when all the important work of the day has been done).

C'mon Bush!

I can understand the implications of the affects of the US Gov't on the U.K., but your examples don't support the facts and point more to continued or increased terrorist activity rather than a presidential election. Have you checked out the Riverside MP3? It's good.

sir, I find your asian impression offensive. One would think that with the WWII 'relocation camps' occupying such a dark place in history, people (especially educators such as yourself!) would be more sensitive to the feelings of those of asian descent.

Not to mention invoking (whether accidentally or not) the old stereotype that asians are less...er...endowed than caucasians ("Big US Errection"- I see where you're going with that!).

I finally get you, Rideout. You're soft on the gay issue, soft on the black issue, but no mercy for the (as my dad would say) orientals!

He's doing ok with the Dick and Jane series, but Harry Potter is still a little too much for him. Isn't reading one of those homo-liberal things, anyway? Kerry read at a post-graduate level, and look how much good it did him.

Hucking Fell!!!

Kerry admits US election defeat
US President George W Bush watching the results with his family, including former President George H Bush
Mr Bush will wait for Mr Kerry before making his victory speech
Democratic challenger John Kerry has admitted defeat in the US election, giving President George W Bush a second term in office.

Kerry campaign sources said the senator had already telephoned President Bush.

He will make a formal statement at 1800 GMT, and this will be followed by a statement from the president

114BUDG;

you've  got this all back-to -front.Confused

Which is apt really as we'll all be back to the Front when Bush invades Iran.Cry

I was going to disappear again if Bush won but now I'll stick around just so I can say "Told You So!" every time that effing Chimp brings us closer to Armageddon.Angry

At least Reagan only starred in bringing up baby, Dubya played the frigging chimp and couldnt get out of character.

Mind you, you American cousins here are such a great bunch that we could almost forgive you anything!
