Is it just happening to me or what, but every time I log into the forum there's this banner add for John Burley's Progressive Real Estate. I'm guessing that because the word "progressive" is in the title that it's being put there by Google's advertising logic, but I don't think this site should be promoting this scam artist. Don't help this jerk.

Just ignore them. I think this site is ad supported of course, without those ads, the administrators will have problems in maintaining this prog haven for us!
