JUNIPHER GREENE's 1971 release "Friendship" stands as one of Norway's earliest progressive rock album and the country's first double LP. Their sound is an excellent mixture of hard rock, psychedelia and Canterbury sound. Tracklist:

"Friendship" has been reissued on CD by Akarma/Dodo in 2001. |

Tell you what: If you write up a bio and provide the infos on their other albums as well as a picture of the band (jpeg) , I'll create an entry for them but state it is your bio! Hi Andrew I checked up in Asbjornssen's Scented Gardens For The Blind and he talks of four extra albums by them Do you think you can see if you can find them and add it to the database. Besides "Friendship" (1971), they released "Communication" in 1973, "Rewind" in 1981 (which is a compilation from the period 1969-1980) and "Forbudte Formiddagstoner" in 1982, but i don't know the tracks. http://rateyourmusic.com/album_images/o53331.jpg">
