A great album, these songs are often lower ranked because of the epic Supper's Ready.  My favorite besides Supper's Ready is Can-Utility and the Coastliners, although Horizons is beautiful as well as the rest of the album. I like Watcher of the Skies the least.
 Which is your favorite?

Can-Utility And The Coastliners  is the best after Suppers

Ready. Also I like Watcher of the Skies and Horizons.

Watcher Of The Skies...something very close to my heart...I even tend to like it more than Supper's Ready.

Sorry, but the only song I really like in this album is "Horizons"

"Foxtrot" ranks extremely HIGH among my preferred albums, hence I find all songs to be above the average with a light advantage for 'Can utility...' a mini-epic that's one good example of how a really progressive song must be.

Get 'Em out by Friday, but the whole album is excellent.

I too would go for Get 'em out by Friday, although I prefer the Genesis Live version.

Tie between "Watcher Of The Skies", "Get'em Out By Friday" and "Can-Uility and The Coastliners".

I think those three songs are even better than "Supper's Ready".

I like Ca-Utility better than Suppers Ready, is that contraversial?

I like everything on Foxtrot, but Watcher of the Skies is a fantastic opener.

I also like Can-Utility better than Supper's Ready.  It actually makes sense from beginning to end.

I love them all, and you're right Supper's Ready is my favorite... so after that my favorites would be:

  • Can-Utility And The Coastliners
  • Watcher of the Skies
  • Get Em Out By Friday
  • Time Table

I honestly don't really count Horizons as a song on its own, to me it is the intro to Supper's Ready. If all i want to do is listen to Supper's Ready, i start listening with Horizons and let it play thru to Supper's Ready. Simply amazing!

Get 'Em Out by Friday is my favorite second to "Supper's Ready." Every song
on Foxtrot is outstanding though so it is hard to choose.

I'd always overlooked Can Utility until recently but it's a little gem. In fact it's the BEST track on this outstanding album.

Chalk up another vote in this Can-Utility love fest

me too, I hardly just listen to Horizons or just to Supper's Ready, on my comp I have no gap between the songs so it blends them like one.  It just makes sense to me like that, Supper's Ready starts off too quick it needs Horizons

I hate when a song gets a lot of plays and praise it automatically gets thrown away as a result. The fact that someone can say 'I like Watcher of the Skies the least'  I dunno

It's a classic!!! Watcher of the Skies gets my vote

I like Watcher of the Skies the least, but they are all so good I'm not saying I hate Watcher... I just like them all slightly more.

Not at all.  I've never been too impressed by Supper's Ready, and would rate Get 'Em Out higer in quality than the epic track.

suppers ready isn't even the best song. It's probably the 3rd or 4th best song on the album. Overrated song
