It is: I heard it on radio last Sunday. It bears more jamming and jazzy nuances than its predecessors, still retaining the band's usual strong vibe quite intact.

If you're trying to listen to more modern progressive, that's ok but I voted for Yessongs. It's an amazing Live album .

If you want something more modern, then I suggest Porcupine Tree.

You need Yessongs.  Absolutely essential!!

I bought it back in 73 and its still one of my favorite albums. Just got done listening to it today as a matter of fact.

If you're a fan of live albums I would recommend Yessongs (it is their best
live album.) I've heard that "the Night Watch" is a very good album depicting
the Wetton Bruford era but I still have yet to get it.

Get Coma Divine Live by Porcupine Tree.

The new Tangent album is great too.

Just recieved the new Tangent. I'll let you know.

The Glass Hammer is good, for a Lord of the Rings image-evoking, symphonic, adventurous-but-synthetic trip.

I'd suggest Pepper's Ghost or Tales from the Lion's Cage over Contagion, which strikes me as alternative rock with some keyboards.

The Night Watch is excellent King Crimson, with cuts that would appear on Starless and Bible Black.

I recommend all of those.
