All the Fish-era albums are excellent. I'm a bit surprised that my favourite Fugazi only has two votes so far.

Clutching At Straws just edges it for me. Ironic really as I didn't like that album when it was first released at all! I love it now though. Other contenders were: Script, Afraid Of Sunlight and Marbles.

Clutching At Straws! The only Marillion album I heard so far that I would give five stars

Difficult choice. Yet, since I still want to decide, I would say... Misplaced Childhood (closely followed by Script for a Jester's Tear).

Despite the not-so fluid rhythm section and the fact that some passages of some songs seem to meander a bit (once again, thancks to Pnter's lack of percussive nuance)? I find "Fugazi" an album that contains equal greatness in the musical ideas but a much tighter instrumental ensemble and a bigger dose of punch and energy... in some ways, thanks to a more solid rhythm section.

   Regards.

As a Marillion fan with too many releases in his collection I can only say: "Brave"

Hard Q, I do think that 'Misplaced childhood' is my fave, but 'Marbles' and 'Seasons end' are close..

Most of their albums are very good, would be easier to pick the worst, for me...

'Radiation', that was awful...

without hesitating i'd say Script for a Jester’s Tear

The Fish-era albums meant very much to me when released but I hardly never listens to them nowdays. I think they moved on with h´s voice and my vote goes to Marbles. A great album with a modern progsound.
