Both albums are similar, but I voted for SEBASTIAN HARDIE 's "4 Moments" because it's a well-performed wonderful symphonic prog work and their sounds remind me to CAMEL and YES , two of my favourite bands.

Ragnarock (NZ) is a great band too, but a bit underrated IMO.
