There was this one really crappy Korn video that was more sick than disturbing.

(Korn suck horribly by the way)

Anything by Chris Cunningham. Watch Aphex Twin's 'Come to Daddy' or
'Windowlicker.' Shudder.

Plaid's 'Itsu' is disturbing. So is Bjork's 'All is Full of Love.' And Tool's 'Sober'.
Erk.

Buckethead featuring Serj Tankian - We are one.

The concept is buckethead living in a shack in the woods making a frankenstein monster out of woodland creatures.  awesome.

The Nine Inch Nails videos are quite good...specially The perfect drug video.

Disturbing? mmm lets see...I have only seen one Tool video...no two, and both vere with figures that were like in some sort of dark room...disturbing, but pretty cool.

have you seen the video in Sigur Ros site, with the children? I find it fascinating!!!

Radioheads No surprises is quite a disturbing video...you only see Tom Yorkes head...thats disturbing!!!

A few of their videos feature children... my favourites are Untitled #1/Vaka (the one with the kids playing with black snow in a post-apocalyptic world) and Glosoli (the happy one with the boy and his drum where they all fly off the cliff at the end).

Most of Weird Al's music videos have at least one cringe worthy scene. Usually consisting of a close-up of one of Yankovic's body parts that you'd rather not get acquainted with.....

Primus's Lacquerhead and My Name Is Mud - and others - from Animals Should Not Try To Act Like People (currently going for £9.97 at Amazon.UK). (BTW check out the no frills Les Claypool 5 Gallons Of Diesel DVD for some great playing and showmanship). Coincidently the other DVD to come our way over Christmas was the Weird Al Yankovic compilation - some great patiches, including a beautiful take on Red Hot Chilli's  with Bedrock, and a clever piss-take on the  Bob Dylan's Subterranean Homesick Blues film  (ie. the much copied one of Dylan holding idiot boards with the tune's lyrics).

Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up (the non-banned version)

Ah, Les Claypool, yes, he does have disturbing videos.  The Primus video where he wears a mask and plays a double bass with a bow is very disturbing!  Then there is the one when the whole band are dressed up in full body suits and Les is a cowboy, that's disturbing too!

Bob The Builder, that's disturbing, as is Tellytubbies!

I agree with the Aphex Twin/Chris Cunningham videos.  As already said, the one he did for Bjork was odd as well.

If anyone remembers an Irish band called Fatima Mansions, they could do worse than check out their video compilation "Y'Knaa" - extremely disturbing versions of 'Blues for Ceaucescu' and their cover version of REM's 'Shiny Happy People'.

Now I'm not sure, but I think it was the version of 'Shiny happy People' which contributed to the compilation being not so much banned, but withdrawn from sale.

I have it on VHS, but I believe it was withdrawn just after I got it...
