BTW - mailto:M@x - M@x , I think that what might have caused this (and an earlier one with Kansas where I had the same problem) is when the Submit button is clicked while adding a new album, if there are required fields missing I get a prompt to add that information. After adding it I hit Submit again. It appears the album may have been already submitted the first time (or maybe the first db insert was already queued). Anyway, neither of these were intentional, and in both cases I had left out required fields and was prompted to add that data, which is the only thing these two incidents had in common (to the best of my knowledge). Hopefully this is useful info.

I can't delete albums, so mailto:M@X - M@X will have to solve this one.
