Well, a bit provocative, isn't it, but I got quite boring of both winter and work.

For me it is Steve Howe definitely, although I sometimes hear that Roine sings with some effort, which sometimes annoys me.

 Howe.

However, I like Fish and Hammill better than either

Mademoselle nobs =  BTW, isn't she and Seamus the same person?

Roine sings better than Steve, but Steve's guitar sings better than Roine's guitar, but Roine's dog sings better than ... well, let's leave it with that, right  ?

But have you heard his solo stuff?
He does a good job as a backing/harmony vocalist with Squire, but a lead singer he is not. Mind you it would be a bit sickening if he was a great singer as well as a brilliant guitarist.

I voted Stolt - his accent bothers me in TFK music - petty I know, but what can I say.

Howe almost never sings, leave him alone, and his voice is amazing on the song "All's a Chord", not necessarily good, but strangely appealing and beautiful

Perhaps Roine Stolt is wonderful singer when sings in Swedish (I have nothing against Swedes or their language).

Well, if Steve Howe was as good singer as guitarist, we would get another bossy person like Gilmour (not that Steve was not the person whose row with Anderson about money caused the split of Yes after Tormato).

Well, well, speaking like a real neophite  You are right he is very active nowadays, but I could indicate people who were greater rulers of prog.

Steve Howe.

I actually like Roine's singing.Stolt is one of the most prolific performers/songwriters in prog right now.

Stolt hasn’t been around long enough

To make much competition with Howe.

Of all Steve Howe's talents, singing is not in the top ten.

However, I'll give him credit for trying.

Stolt's voice isn't altoghther unpleasant, especially when someone else is also singing along.

My dog sings better than Seamus.

When the truck that sells cooking gas passes, they play a music to make people know it is the cooking gas company. When my dog hears the song, she starts to follow the song, howling. (And she never took any acid).

This LP is completely unlistenable due to Howe's singing.

It would indeed, I agree with what you say though he is no LEAD vocalist, but does well as a backing vocalist with Yes. Though the real magic is between Anderson and Squire

Quite an unnecessary poll really, no-one in the history of prog can possibly have a worse voice than Howe. Stolt voice I quite enjoy, it is distinctive, and not as Wetton-like as some would have it. Now, if you had asked whose guitar playing do you enjoy more, again, it would be no contest. I love Howe playing with Yes, he is excellent. But Stolt is far more diverse and more enjoyable, for me. (Yes, I know 99% of people would choose Howe, and I am not knocking his ability, but Stolt's playing is more to my taste. So there )

The point is Roine Stolt cannot sing in English, even though he is a Swedish, who are believed to be best english speakers in the world.
