HELLO, PROG FRIENDS.

Yet another sad news in the world of prog and prog-related music. Drummer Mark Craney passed away sometime during the last week of last November. He was a member of Jean-Luc Ponty's supporting band for some time, and of course, who could forget his amazing performance in Jethro Tull's "A" album and tour... He was a very proficient musician in the areas of art-rock and jazz-rock.

In Jethro Tull's webpage you'll find Ian Anderson and Doane Perry's reflections on Mark Craney's persona: the corresponding link is http://j-tull.com/news/markcraneydpobit.cfm - http://j-tull.com/news/markcraneydpobit.cfm

  Rest in peace, Mark Craney.
