OK very silly I know, and possibly in poor taste, but here are some suggestions I have received for carols to be sung from the psychiatrists couch.....

Schizophrenic: "Do you hear what I hear?"
Obsessive compulsive disorder: "Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle bells, etc...."
Paranoid: "Santa Clause is coming to get me"
Multiple personality disorder: "We three Kings disoriented are.."
Narcissistic: "Hark the Herald Angels Sing about Me"
Social Anxiety Disorder: "Have yourself a Merry Little Xmas while I sit here and hyperventilate"
Manic: "Deck the Halls and Walls and House and Street and Shops and Cars and Town and Trees...."

I particularly like the obsessive compulsive one!

...by the way I'm not in the medical profession, these just came my way!
