Which album do you choose? Everybody keeps telling that Roger Waters was the true genius of Pink Floyd, which is somewhat true, but I think his final album with the band is much weaker than David Gilmour's last album... In his final days with the band, Roger Waters was moaning too much IMO. All the magic, once found in songs like Echoes, Crazy Diamond, etc was gone. Your thoughts please.

They both suck compared to Ummagumma.

I think tha "Bell"'s a very good album (*** or ****), while TFC is one of my biggest disappointments in music ever.

The Final Cut is probably the best Floyd album (though it's kinda hard to get into). People jsut need to LISTEN to it.

Both. They are so different.

Who are you and who am I to say we know the reason why... (D. Gilmour)

I don't even have The Final Cut, and it's the only album I consider of theirs to be "For completionists only".  I've heard some of the songs from the Echoes compilation, and they pale in comparison to The Division Bell.  A Momentary Lapse of Reason was great as well.
