Well, anybody who has listened to the last two releases (Vapor Trails and Rio) cannot but acknowledge the sound quality issues plaguing this band and now we have R30 coming and I see a glaring problem with the audio/video sync on the clip available at Rush.com.  Does anybody else see this?  I see it most blatantly with the shots of Geddy's foot pedal work on Cygnus.  The video is behind the music.  Several of Neil shots are also off.  This is simply unacceptable for a band with such exacting standards.  What is going on with Rush and them dropping the ball technologically?

The video looks bad because it's just a Flash video... if there's a problem with how the video looks, you should be complaining about Macromedia, not about Rush.

I have good bootleg 2-DVD from The R30 tour (a friend downloaded a Frankfurt concert from Internet) so I am not worried Gedhead, because Rush are perfectionists and will not allow that a bootleg will be superior to their official R30 tour DVD  !

I agree with the point of the awful sound quality of "vapor Trails".  IMO, the drums needed extra punch (or the engineer needed a punch in the ass).  Let's hope the next one doesn't sound so bad.
