Join the GAGLIARCHIVES Saturday night, 11/12/04, at
10pm EST, for a special edition of our program as we
feature an exclusive interview with David Myers,
Keyboardist to top level Genesis tribute band The
Musical Box. David will Join us to discuss his new
disc titled David Myers Plays Genesis. This new album
features David's interpretations of some classic
Genesis tracks. David will also join us for our annual
tribute to the classic Genesis album on it's
anniversary, The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. We'll
feature insight on the album as well as tracks from
Genesis and covers from Giraffe, Foxtrot, Hazeldine,
Steve Hackett, Galahad, Dracma, Hogweed, Art and
Illusion and many, many others. We'll also feature
comments from recent interviews with Tony Banks and
Steve Hackett of Genesis fame.
We'll also feature the recent archives from Cuneiform
records in Graham Collier's Workpoints. This featured
2 performances recorded in 1968 and 1975. We'll also
track one of my personal favorite archives of 2005 in
Saxophonist John Surman and his Way Back When CD
recorded in 1969. We'll also feature the new Salem
Hill CD titled Mimi’s Magic Moment. We'll also
spotlight our #1 disc for the 8th week in a row in
Norway's Wobbler and the debut Hinterland.
Also be sure to vote in our upcoming top 100 of 2005
in late November!
