I want to know if you guys are sharing and downloading a lot using the now famous P2P applications ?

If you tell the truth ... the RIAA wont sue you. Well not sure ..

I found an interesting link yestesrday about an application to downloads and participate in File Sharing ... anonymously:

The RIAA isn't after us downloading old Van der Graff & Gryphon songs; they want the kids that have Justin Timerlake's entire new album on their HD and the like.

You should already be punished for listening to that stuff

I use soulseek. I must say that thanks to p2p software, I've been able to know many bands I otherwise wouldn't have notice, since buying an expensive import cd is quite a decision when you're paying a high mortage for your miserable flat

And when I get hooked by a group, I always end up buying the new cds. Usually via the groups' own website, to give them more profit and to 'pay' for my sin.. I recently did that with Mostly Autumn, for example.

It is more rare when I download a record and then I buy it. I've recently done it a cople of times, though.

Im a Macuser. using the program Drumbeat. Very good finding
servers, staying online for some days you might reach up too 300
servers at the time. Lots of quees and messages that user is
unavailable though, but with a litttle patience it works very well
