Despite an excellent three-run album (from Lost Chord to Children's Children), I could only vote for Procol... ... until they became sour (once Trower left), however by that time, the Moodies had become redundant, so no vote past Barricades ------------- let's just stay above the moral melee prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword |

^ Paul, you made me remember to include some note about The Magnificent Moodies, their debut. The thing is, I don't see it as a strong enough competitor against Procol's own debut, not even close. So, for the sake of a fair match and an open score, I leave it out...

Moody Blues all the way for me (probably)... I can only remember Procol's first 4 well enough to give a fair vote, so have left the last 3 off, but I'm more of a Moodies fan personally ------------- Music has always been a matter of energy to me.
