2005 is a fine year for symphonic prog as I am undecided yet about who to vote for!

I'll have a slice of Magic Pie. Smile

By the way, I'm just wondering why there are only nine entries in this poll when there are ten entries in all of your previous Symphonic Prog polls. Ermm

Ah, because I have forgotten to put the tenth entry unfortunately! WackoLet's have the tenth slot open and if any album gets several mentions in the thread the votes will be counted as if the entry was on the poll... to make up for the omission.

Wobbler. This post is full of loud speakers for boats.

Glass Hammer. Love the way they understand what a double album should be (ie not just making a long version of a 'normal' album). Side One is standard symph prog albeit incredibly well done, but side 2 is much looser and narrative based, taking advantage of Suzie's wonderful vocals. There is also a reissued 3 disc version with Side 3 including re-recorded vocals from Jon Davison. That's a nice bonus.
