Passing some time while I'm waiting for something. I was put in mind of this topic yesterday (the overrated album thread) due to a comment on In the Court of the King Crimson having filler (including Epitaph, which I love) and in another topic (the This or That thread) where I shared a couple of Squid tracks and those were checked out and really disliked. I had to acquire the taste for some Squid, even though I like calamari. To each their own tastes.

While covering my usual suspects generally. I thought it might be interesting to see which of these tracks that are known are most disliked at this forum.

To vote you need not know the majority of tracks, you only need to have heard and dislike one track/piece in the list, or have disliked what tracks you know (have heard) from the list. I have made a playlist (see below) in case anyone opts to check out any of the music and to remind oneself if applicable. For some then, choosing least liked might be hard due to all the competition for that spot. :) :P

black midi - Dangerous Liaisons
Brave New World - The End
Bubu - El Viaje de Anabelas
Can - Vitamin C
Cardiacs - Dirty Boy
Coil - Fire of the Mind

Nice one. This is a top quality playlist with many favourites of mine, I love all I remembered so I needed to listen into the few candidates that I didn't know or remember. I think I can fairly safely say now that I rate the Mr. Bungle track lowest on the list (although I love a lot of Mr. Bungle).

Nice selection. I know several of these tracks and I do like most of them. This makes the choice rather easy: Epitaph. Not a bad song, but to my ears it sounds way over the top. Off ItCotCK I like Epitaph and the playing with toys on Moonchild less than the other parts of this album.

I like most of the stuff in this list so this is a tricky one. I ended up voting for Tortoise' TNT. I got that album on CD in Chicago on a trip ten years ago and was pretty excited for it but despite trying it many times since then, I don't have even the vaguest concept of what they sound like as a band. I think pretty background post rock if I remember right but whatever Tortoise do they basically left zero impression on me. Too bad because my memory of buying the CD is pretty good, it was a nice trip, but the CD itself is a total miss.
