Paul Newman disliked "The Silver Chalice", his first major film, and even apologized for making it. He thought the movie was terrible and placed a newspaper ad asking people not to see it

Back when I was growing up, "hipster" celebs thought the fedora was cool and everybody else laughed at them. I sometimes miss those simpler naïve times. :')
