Hi there,
This is actually my second account as I was locked out of the one I created all the way back in 2005 (forgot password doesn't work). I have a prog rock/metal project called Look To Windward that has been on the archives since our debut in 2010.

A new album is out now called 'The Last Scattering Surface'. Maybe for fans of Devin Townsend, Porcupine Tree/Steven Wilson with a bit of Karnivool.

Is the name a reference to Iain Banks?

Same thing happened to me. Found my old password digging through a box of notes. I remember your name. Will give this a listen. Thanks.

update: Listening to it on you tube.  She is a really fine singer.  Very professional.  (Theia Might be the best track I've heard all year .... Sold.) Offer this up to Lazland.com for review. I think he will love it.

Thanks Valdez! Really happy you're enjoying it. I'll get in contact with Lazland.

Ah another Culture fan! Look to Windward is one of my favourites. I've written a song called 'A Severe Lack of Gravitas' as a little reference to the great Banks. There's a band called Hats Off Gentlemen, It's Adequate who did an album called 'By the Light of Ancient Mistakes' as well!
