This is the sixth poll that I have done covering albums included in the discographies of Prog Archives band/artist listings where I list one release per five year period (one for 1965 to 1969, one for 1975 to 1979 etc.) I also have done four (or was it five?) polls with the same concept for releases not included in the Prog Archives database.

Multiple votes allowed, please vote for up to three (or more if such limitations are too restrictive for you). And please vote no more than once per album. Additionally, feel free to vote even if you have very limited knowledge. Comments on the selections are appreciated even if not on the positive side, and feel free to mention your own favourites off any of the albums. I hope some will come up with their own lists and polls. I don't only like to share that which I like, I like to check out what others like.

The Pentangle "Hunting Song" (Basket of Light, 1969)
Peter Hammill "A Louse Is Not a Home" (The Silent Corner and the Empty Stage, 1974)
National Health "Tenemos Roads" (National Health, 1978)
    Magma "Theusz Hamtaahk" (Rétrospective Vol. 1 & 2, 1981)
Cardiacs "The Whole World Window" (A Little Man and a House and the Whole World Window, 1988)
    Pram "Blue" (Helium, 1994)
Radiohead "Exit Music (For a Film)" (OK Computer, 1997)
Mogwai "Killing All the Flies" (Happy Songs for Happy People, 2003)
Angels of Light "Star Chaser" (We Are Him, 2007)
Swans "Bring the Sun / Toussaint l'Ouverture" (To Be Kind, 2014)
    black midi "Ducter" (Schlagenheim, 2019)
Black Country, New Road "The Place Where He Inserted the Blade" (Ants From Up There, 2022)

I made a youtube playlist of the tracks in case anyone wants to check out any of the music.

Wow, today I'm the first...Cardiacs this time...even if Basket of Light is the first Pentangle album that I've purchased a life ago.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Thanks, very pleased to see some interest, and what a great choice if I do so say myself. :)

Of course I love that Cardiacs track and much as it pulls me, since you gave it a vote, I will go with these three based on my whims du moment.

The Pentangle "Hunting Song"
Peter Hammill "A Louse Is Not a Home"
Black Country, New Road "The Place Where He Inserted the Blade"

We now return to your regularly scheduled Yes programming (j/k)

Hmm, I like 10 out of the 12 listed and the remaining two are not bad either. A bit arbitrary, thus, but I'll vote for Pram, Radiohead and Black Country, New Road.

Thanks all for the votes and comments.

As if I need to demonstrate my biases any more than I regularly do, here are the choices from the past in PA polls (I also did a not in PA series of polls). I choose sometimes not just based on being favourite, but for length (sometimes I want short, sometimes long), for contrast in the playlist, for being similar to others, for flow, based on current mood, based on current listening.... Often it's because one track leads to another in my thought process and I want to create playlist that interest me and my quirky tastes. And I do sometimes avoid some of the biggest in aid of hopefully turning some possibly kindred soul onto something they may not know and like. Anyway, here's are the past choices (plenty of replication of fave acts).

National Health, Cardiacs, Swans. Can't really listen to all the stuff you put out in your polls, as much as I 'd like to.
