| I've got three Ayreon albums (Human Equation, Electric Castle, Dream Sequencer) I really like them, but they are so sonically busy that I have problems focusing on all the stuff that is going on. So for that they get my No.6 position. |

In my opinion, definitely 2001: Aesma Daeva - The Eros of Frigid Beauty  which I also consider to be Prog Metal, even the band is not on PA.

I don't think he violated anything. The thread creator still wants people to list prog metal and heavy prog albums. If you think he did, write an admin to move it where you think it fits.

Yes you will. I'm posting five favourite albums by each of my Top 5 Hard Rock/Metal bands, of which there's an abundance for the letter "A". When it comes to the letter "B" though, I think it'll be down to just Black Sabbath and Blue Oyster Cult. So far, I've chosen Aesma Daeva, Avantasia and Ayreon, so there's two more still to come.
