I don't know how I missed it, but it just occurred to me that X Japan has not yet been added to this site. I don't understand how this can be. I see they've been rejected numerous times before, and they haven't released a new album since their last rejection, although it doesn't seem they've been publicly talked about here since 2012. Frankly, their "mini album," Art of Life, from 1993 should be enough alone to qualify them for the database here. Is it possible to reconsider an evaluation here for them? I know there's relatively recently been changes to the system that allows a band to be re-evaluated before a new album is released, if I recall correctly. They were a pioneering band of progressive metal, and one of the most important bands in the foundation of the genre.

For the record, I tried searching for them in other topics here, but it's impossible due to the three character minimum for the search, as their name has a single character "X" in it.
