Dialysis, a four piece band hailing from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, are a strong, up and coming rock act who are currently making waves on the local circuit. With a sound that stands up as individual and strongly unique whilst still reminiscent of some of rock’s greats, Dialysis have combined a range of heavy rock styles to create a union that can only be described as being perfect aural harmony.
The four members of the band have an eclectic range of tastes, thus lending to their own music the diversity of influences and styles that fuse to create the powerful grooves and wrenching melodies that live within their compositions. With a strong stage presence and tremendous live sound, Dialysis are fast picking up a following that will see them well on their way to becoming one of Melbourne’s favourite live alternative acts.
Dialysis was formed in early 2004 and comprises of four talented musicians, all with backgrounds in the music industry. The line- up consists of Rob (vocals), Wayne (guitarist), Lee (drums) and Justin (bass).
“Religion to its followers, is a concept lifestyle involving many aspects, for example, worship, dedication, sharing, closure and through all these, a sense of satisfaction, in that they are cleansed in return for all they have given. With this metaphor in mind, now understand the titling of Dialysis. Dialysis is our interpretation, our sharing of a similar superior form, our religion, our music. Through song we worship music and in return we are cleansed.”

The band sounds good, but it is just more of the same old same. If they want fame they need a sound that is their own, a signature sound.

[edit] this might be a bit harsh, but that's the feeling I got after listening to the samples- besides, it's only my opinion and it doesn't count in the grand scheme of things.
