Ok, at first I thought you left of Bob Dylan's Blonde on Blonde but now I see it. What about the band Four Non Blondes? I see you have Concrete Blonde though.

Hi Paul-The-Pool ,

Oops ... a long string of craps on your list..

I submit the following :

Blonde on Blonde, a UK band active from 1968 to 1970/71 , named after Dylan's LP, they played a kind of light progressive/psych rock, recorded at least 2 Lps they disbanded

Yours,

There was also a later Pop band called Blonde on Blonde in the late-1970's, but neither band had a self-titled album. Smile

Yes, sorry about the hardcore punk album, but I was fast running out of options by the time I reached the letter "X". Wink

I'm happy to see Guesch Patti listed here, even I like her two earlier albums and am not familiar with Blonde

Clearly not. Alizée is avant-something-or-other, but I've heard far worse avant-prog than that. Tongue

Blonde on Blonde by Dylan, and it's not even really debatable.

I voted for Amazing Blondel, although I'm even more amazed that Bob Dylan isn't yet ahead in this poll. Confused

Would've been my choice. I love that band sole album.

However, you missed the (Welsh?) prog band Blonde On Blonde who did three albums, if memory serves

^ Blonde on Blonde never had any albums with "Blonde" in the title either. They're a great band though. Smile

Yes, but that was because they featured the name "Brown" in the album titles too. I'd liked to have included Savoy Brown too if they'd had a self-titled album. Wink

I could do a "Sienna" poll, but I suspect Savoy Brown would be the only band in the poll. Tongue

Not much familiar stuff here. Voted the Legendary Pink Dots.

After all the colours are done, will there be a rainbow poll for the winners?

That's a good idea, or maybe I'll just have a rainbow poll with albums that include "rainbow" in the title, starting with Ritchie Blackmore. Smile
