Archéologie Sonore launch its independent record label by releasing the unreleased album by Pour Nous Autres: a progressive Montreal-based (Canada) band that existed from 1974 to 1976. The recordings of Pour Nous Autres have reached us nearly 50 years after they were recorded at the legendary Studio Bobinason. The music of Pour Nous Autres is a clever blend of progressive rock, folk, and jazz fusion.
Jean-Jacques Bourdeau and Jean-Claude Béliveau, the two creative genius and accomplices behind Pour Nous Autres, will surprise and conquer fans of rock and progressive music. The album was limited to only 250 copies, hand-numbered, and comes with an insert that includes a photo montage as well as a text revealing the history of the group. Side A features the demo recorded at Studio Bobinason, while side B features the group's first concert presented at Collège Maisonneuve. sound is great, to me they are more towards jazz rock some fusion, some folk, an eclectic sound for sure. Nice find |

Typiquement Québécois, comme prog. Too bad you don't sell CD: much less expensive to manufacture and ship than vinyls, and no extremely long waiting list.

Hey merci ! Oui typiquement québécois :)! About CD, unfortunely we will never do our release in this format. Archéologie Sonore aims to restore the hidden treasures of Quebec's musical heritage by releasing them in limited-edition vinyl format. Me and Felix are both big record collectors, so the spirit of the record label respects and pursues the highest standards of their fellow collectors. I contacted Quentin Orleans in France to try to send some copies there to save on shipping ! à suivre... We already sold 60% of the copies in three weeks. People here in Quebec really like prog and records vinyl !
