Hawkwind: Days of the Underground: This multiple choice quiz of 10 questions should be a doddle for Hawkwind fans.
I scored 12 out of 20 on this quiz with two lucky guesses.
I got 13 on this one. I thought this one was more interesting than the prog rock one.

12/20. A lot of random guesses. Some misses surprised me - I should have known better, but the guesses that were correct were also surprising.

I've been a member of that website for over 8 years, and have written my share of quizzes - though none on prog, at least so far. One of my friends, however, has written an excellent quiz on Steven Wilson, whose fan he is: https://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/Music/No-Man-Is-an-Island-404872.html" rel="nofollow - https://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/Music/No-Man-Is-an-Island-404872.html
Anyway, if any of you is interested in writing quizzes on prog, you can register and write one, or as many as you like. I love that site, and spend most of my Internet time there. The guy who wrote the Genesis quiz is still an active member, and will be happy to know he's being mentioned on this forum.

The Steven Wilson quiz is a real toughie! I only know one answer (Question 3) out of the ten, so No Man can do worse than I did.

I got 15 out of 20. I guessed on a few I think. On one I was going to say Neal Morse but he hasn't been in the band in such a long time I figured that wasn't the answer. Oh well.

very easy quiz for Marillion.

My scores on the ten quizzes above:-
Camel :- Only 3 out of 10 - which leaves me Breathless!
ELP:- 7 out of 10
Genesis:- 9 out of 10 - a ridiculously easy quiz for Genesis fans.
Jethro Tull:- Only 3 out of 10 again, although it was really tough. That's my excuse anyway.
King Crimson:- 8 out of 10
Marillion:- 6 out of 10 - not so easy for me.
The Moody Blues:- 9 out of 10 - very very easy for Moody Blues fans, apart from Question 10.
Pink Floyd:- 7 out of 10
Porcupine Tree:- Only 4 out of 10 with three lucky guesses.
YES:- 8 out of 10.

Same here. 14/15 on Genesis. Very much like Mama, while indifferent to That's All. Still thought it was the biggest hit.
14/20 on Yes. Bigger fan of Yes than Genesis, yet I struggled with some of the Yes questions. The question that I missed with Genesis was the only one I did not know.

I got 8 out of 10, but most of my correct answers were guesses lol
I knew Derrick Dick was Fish's real name, i knew 21st century schitzoid man appears on the In The Court of the King Crimson album. With the question on Queensryches 2nd album name, i knew ST and Operation Mindcrime were not the answers, so a guess there with a 50/50 chance lol.

Pink Floyd 8 / 10 (I’m giving myself a point for Atom Heart Mother, as everywhere I check it’s about 15 seconds longer than Echoes)
Led Zeppelin 4 / 10

With the exception of 9 out of 10 for Uriah Heep, there's no Hard Rock Hallelujah for me after these dismal results, which admittedly, involved a lot of guesswork, and just as predicted, I scored a big fat zip for ZZ Top.
Bad Company - 7/10
Black Sabbath - 6/15
Blue Oyster Cult - 4/10
Boston - 5/10
Deep Purple - 3/10
Iron Maiden - 5/10
Kiss - 6/10
Led Zeppelin - 5/10
Rainbow - 7/10
Rush - 2/10
Uriah Heep - 9/10
ZZ Top - 0/10

Pink Floyd 4 out of 10, thought i would have done better.
Pink Floyd made more albums after 1996, so i dont know why i was scored wrong on the last question.
Question 2 was a 50/50 guess, cause i knew it wasnt DSOTM or The Wall. Question 6 was a guess cause i thought to myself "inless PF have done a song longer than 19 and a half minutes, then the answer is Echoes".
4/10 for the Iron Maiden one aswell, even though i aint much of a maiden fan. All my correct answers though were guess's apart from question 1. I knew for definent that Running Free is on the debut, and i felt fairly certain Iron Maiden and Phantom of the Opera were, so that left only Children of the Damned. The last question was my best chance as i actually have this album by Maiden, but i got it wrong :-(

^ My best chances were with the true or false questions, because at least then, I had a 50/50 chance of guessing the correct answer, bearing in mind I can't think of one true or false question where I actually knew the right answer.

I did not exactly enjoy this since they spread apart from "progressive" into other areas to get more questions in ...
Oh, there was a question missing ... whose wife has the best ____?
Or the best one yet ... how many rockers bring their wives into their work, for both music and fun? Name 3 at least! (Hint ... it's a world that does not think women belong except for show!)
You know what I mean, at least that would have been fun, though come another Sunday, she will cover them up for Christmas and New Years!
