Recommend some great new "new" prog bands with their first album only released after 2010. Recently from my playlist:

Dreadnought - lighter old opeth-like band with female vocals
Himmellegeme - nice psychedelic band, very retro sound and melodic passages.
Agusa - Instrumental "folk" band with some nice flute and build ups.
Caligula's Horse - Cute prog metal band with some nice groove and easy listening hooks

I'll start with an artist rather than band name.

Anna von Hausswolff - an organist, composer, songwriter, vocalist who I find amazing. Itls Neoclassical darkwave, experimental rock and art rock and art pop.

Vak - a jazzy Magma, and I think Eskaton, influenced Zeuhl band. Recommended to those who like Eskaton.
Zwoyld - another jazzy Magma influenced Zeuhl band with RIO qualities.
Zopp - Canterbury Sound
Homunculus Res - Canterbury Sound form Italy
black midi (very big name these days in some circles) - a sort of punky, math rocky avant prog band.
Bent Knee - a sort of art rock band with an I think amazing singer.
De Lorians - Canterbury Sound from Japan
Caillou - more Zeuhl

So many more.

Shamblemaths - Dark, ambitious, jazzy, classically influenced.
Wippy Bonstack - Funny, mathematical, optimistic, complex.
The Planet You - Punky, mathematical, original.
Ciccada - (first album is from 2010, to be fair) - Pastoral, folky, quiet, female singer.
Inner Ear Brigade - Complex, folky, quirky, female singer.

Pretty much everything I listen to on the most regular basis these days. I have the odd day or two where I might listen to something with an older genesis, but I would think 99.99% of what I listen to has its beginnings after 2010. 🤔

Found one

Krokofant

Debut album 2014 , 5 albums to date . Classed as Jazz Rock/Fusion. If you like their Norwegian compatriots Elephant 9 then you'll probably like them.
