I'd take a 66 Stingray any day, as well as a 69 Chevelle (I'm slightly offended that Chevy wasn't included in the poll, but I voted for Jag, nonetheless.)

Other fav. cars include the roadrunner, Mustang(69 bullitt model, of course), Charger, IROC, Vanquish, Boxster, 911, the new XJR, Trans-Am/Firebird, Viper, and so on.

I voted for Audi, I love the A6. But why can't we vote for Ferrari?!

I think my favourite car of all time is the Citroën ID or DS 19

VW (Volkswagen) gets my Vote...
I drive a Golf III and my parents a Golf IV...reliable cars...and not too expensive (but the new Golf V IS)...
But I don't care much about cars...the most important thing is that it can drive
BUT I would NEVER drive a Fiat Panda

Given the $$, I'd grab me a reconditioned/rebuilt 1963 Ford Galaxie in cherry-red, same color as a Gibson SG.

Audi A4 1.8T Quattro.

Quite simply the most amazing blend of family car and sports car, economy and performance. I prefer the looks of it to most sports cars as well - even if they would leave me in the dust.

I lurrrrve my Adi

(although I'm quite keen on Lamborghini Diablos as well...)

Haha...this caricature refers to what happened to this car in a test. It was the so called 'Elch Test'. The car was made and had to go through different tests and the 'Elch Test' was it's demise...The car had to make a sharp turn to simulate an obstacle on the road, maybe with 50 Km/h...and believe it or not the car keeled over to the side...construction error, wrong weight calculations  it had to be made completely new...but the funny thing is that it was mercedes's long announced new car that was promoted with intendness...
The Term 'Elch Test' is now a very famous one in germany and also was 'Word of the Year'

Just bought a new Toyota Corolla! I love it! Thumbs Up Stylish, peppy, great handling, good gas mileage, big enough for me and (drumroll please) A CD PLAYER! Heart (My first in a car.)

Ermm Hopefully next will be hybrid or hydrogen -- wonder what our not burning oil will mean for the Muddle East?

Except for the heat and the dust, it is driving heaven out here...once you get past the Vegas city limits, it's all clear horizons, lonely roads and very little trooper presence...not only that, with the big 'high roller' influx, there's a bunch of rental shops where you can get a Viper (or almost anything posh...or even a Harley if that's your thing) and take it out for a long-distance trial run in the middle of nowhere...

man, I used to LOVE driving but all the west-coast urban BS has made me despise it.

Personally, as soon as VW can come up with a hybrid, it's mine. The Toyota and Honda offerings were a bit, uh, lackluster...I ended up getting an Element just because I have to haul so much gear around.
