After voting in the http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=127295&PID=5931542&#5931542" rel="nofollow - Classic Metal Epic Showdown , I want to continue to express how much I like "War Pigs."

I had previously started a thread on http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=127216" rel="nofollow - Unusual versions of Black Sabbath songs , and thought I'd synthesize that with Greg's http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=127271" rel="nofollow - An A to Z of Music Genres thread because War Pigs is so dang versatile.

Multiple votes are allowed, so vote for as many or for none. Here are 10 versions of "War Pigs".

1. A is for Alternative Rock: Cake - War Pigs

2. J is for Jazz: Alex Skolnick Trio - War Pigs

3. B is for Blues: Ruthie Foster - War Pigs

4. L is for Lounge Metal: Hellsongs - War Pigs

5. M is for Medieval: Rondellus - Verres Militares

6. J is for Jam Band: The Main Squeeze - War Pigs

7. B is for Bluegrass: Hayseed Dixie - War Pigs

8. F is for Folk: Sarah King - War Pigs

9. S is for String Quartet: Midnite String Quartet - War Pigs

10.  B is for Bharanga: Opium Jukebox - War Pigs

^Absolutely a great version, but I went for versions that were a bit more different. I saw FNM play this and rest of the Real Thing prior to the release of the Real Thing in a small club in Berkeley. Awesome show. First time hearing any of the songs with Mike Patton. Opening act was the acoustic version of Primus, Bob Cock and the Yellow Sock.

Lots to like here for me, but I'm going with the same.
