The March Of The Black Queen from Queen gets my vote. This one should be definitely there in the poll... although Queen isn't usually considered as progressive rock band, this song deserves progrock label for sure. One of the best moments Queen ever had. In fact almost the whole Queen II album is great. -------------

In reflection, I have to agree with several people on this thread that it is a travesty the "March of the Black Queen" is not on this list. Far and away, the best titled and also the most intensely prog song by that name.
