This recent band from the UK officially started in 2020 although the members had various musical experience before that. The diverse musical influences of the band members helped to shape their music and played a role in them forming a band that would play modern prog rock. There are four tracks on this recent release with three of the four being ten minutes or longer. This sounds like a band that deserves to be heard by more people to say the least.

I am suggesting this band for crossover although symphonic might fit also.

Neo prog. I didn't even think of that. I didn't give a very close listen but I didn't think most neo bands would do long epics like that. The subgenre doesn't really matter that much to me anyway though.

@AFlowerKingCrimson: The main topic for this band can be found here:  http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=126458" rel="nofollow - http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=126458 . The keyboard player and composer of the music, Tim Newcombe, introduced the band to us about two and a half weeks ago.

The evaluation itself can be followed here:  https://progfreak.com/mobiUS-180018.html?path=pa/recent" rel="nofollow - https://progfreak.com/mobiUS-180018.html?path=pa/recent .

So this is another one of those under the radar suggestions that didn't get posted here because a collaborator discovered them? Wink

Uwe (Rivertree) forwarded the band to Neo in a thread viewable to all. I don’t think the band cares which section of the forum they were picked up in and sent for eval

No, it was a post that was able to be seen by all, but that you obviously missed.

Ok, it looks like I get to act like my own lawyer here. I did a search for this band and nothing popped up. I then searched back five or six pages on this section(suggest a new band)and still nothing popped up. So it's not like I didn't try. Wink

Ok, not sure how I missed it. I guess I was barking up the wrong tree. Oh well.
