Hello dear friends of great music.
I would like to tell you about my band This Haven. We have just released a new recording called "A Soul Open Wide". It is metal with alot of influences of progressive gourps like King Crimson, Opeth and Neurosis. The music is dark and heavy but still melodic and groovy. We have our own style of music. It would be really cool to hear what you think about our music. It can be downloaded from our webpage www.thishaven.com
You can also find our previous two recordings that are done together with Dan Swanö who has worked with groups like Opeth.

Enjoy!
Peace

Some things sound like recent Katatonia

(just another post to say this, I already gave my blessing about this band )

Yes it is true that I am the drummer, and I also a big fan of Tool and his drumming. He rule!!
I am very glad to hear that you enjoy my drumming too! There might be some similarities to recent Katatonia, same mixing and producer as their earlier works.
Feel free to spread our music it is very appreciated by us.
