Leaving out the big hitters; Drums & Wires, Black Sea, English Settlement, Skylarking, Oranges & Lemons and the Dukes albums, which is your top choice of the less 'acclaimed' albums My vote goes to Mummer, which I think is a criminally under appreciated album. The Big Express is also great. ------------- Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy! |

They're all very fine (and yes, perhaps unjustly neglected) albums but I've always had a real soft spot for the Big Express which rekindled my love affair with this band after the somewhat uneven and by XTC standards, sparse sound of Mummer -------------
