So what is your favorite Dream Theater song??? I just picked 3 per album, one being the popular song, the other being other concert gems (sorry, i forgot to pick three from WDADU so i put Ytse Jam at the bottom), but i know there are so many more amazing songs. I've gone for 'Endless Sacrifice', but would also have voted for 'A Change Of Seasons', if it had been included... ------------- Music has always been a matter of energy to me. Due to the fact of how Dream Theater writes alot of their music,
focusing on technicality rather than song writing, I find it hard to
pick out one song I actually like of theirs because I really value good
song writing more than ability to play. However after very carefully consideration, I give this to A Change of Seasons, followed by Pull Me Under. -------------

Okay...? Than this poll is obviously not for you. I think Dream Theater writes very very good songs and I value song writing. Back to the poll. I would have to pick Octavarium out of these choices I think it's a brilliant song. But overall WHY isn't A Change of Seasons a choice here? "stream of consciousness" absolutely beautiful for an 11-minutes instrumental.
I appreciate its changes in rhythm and mood and in the end it doesn't seem to last so long.
