Hard choices do exist: Fender or Gibson, Moog or Mellotron, with or without benefits, but the mother of them all is what you have to choose right now, so, be wise and share your wisdom..!

Easy on the teeth, not too heavily burnt.

Never met a pizza I didnt' like...well maybe one or two over the last 60 years.
I like a traditional crust...not too thin and not too thick...but I also like deep dish pizza Chicago style...we live just south of the city in Indiana.

I like a thin crust but with a little bit of yeasty rise in the edge, sort of California style.   Can't handle Chicago-style pie.   Numero Uno, a place in SoCal, bakes their pizza in an iron skillet with some lard.  That's what I'm talkin' about.

According to the guy who shouts at traffic from the high street, eating thick pizza crust makes you infertile, racist and susceptible to Marxist idealogy

I like them thin.

The best pizza I've ever eaten had a paper thin crust. Irregardless of that, taste is what matters for me. I prefer delicious thick crusted pizzas to the thin and the tasteless.
